The Herbalist Gin Cocktail
“Herbalicious” Manuel Wouters.
Ingredients
| The Herbalist Gin | 3 ml |
| St Germain | 2 ml |
| Fresh lemon juice | 2 ml |
| Agave syrup | 2 ml |
| Lemongrass | As you prefer |
Material
A glass tumbler, measuring cup, Boston shaker and strainer.
Method
- Put all ingredients in a mixer glass filled with ice.
- Close the Boston shaker and shake.
- Vigorously (for about 10 seconds).
- Strain the cocktail into the tumbler, filled with ice.
- Finish with the lemongrass.
