Distillation

6 distillations

Uncover the fascinating process behind our gin’s distillation. The botanicals were classified into six different groups, according to their aromas, before separate maceration and distilling in a traditional copper still. In the first distillation all the herbs are distilled in bio-alcohol 96%. Then successively the flowers, leaves, fresh fruits and Biotona Superfruits will be distilled.
