Prima Rosa
Aromatic, complex cocktail, floral, woody, spicy, with an intense long finish.
Ingredients
The Herbalist Gin | 50 ml |
Rose water | 1 drop |
Freshly crushed black peppercorn | 1 pinch |
Pink grapefruit juice | 50 ml |
Lemon juice | 10 ml |
Honey | 1 bar spoon |
Rosemary | Sprigs |
Material
To make a Prima Rosa cocktail, you will need bar tools like a mixing glass, shaker, jigger, strainer, bar spoon, muddler, citrus juicer, and ice cubes for measuring, mixing, and serving the ingredients. A coupette glass.
Method
- Muddle rosemary with gin. Add the rest. Shake with ice.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupette.
- Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprig.
