The Herbalist Gin 50 ml
Rose water 1 drop
Freshly crushed black peppercorn 1 pinch
Pink grapefruit juice 50 ml
Lemon juice 10 ml
Honey 1 bar spoon
Rosemary Sprigs


To make a Prima Rosa cocktail, you will need bar tools like a mixing glass, shaker, jigger, strainer, bar spoon, muddler, citrus juicer, and ice cubes for measuring, mixing, and serving the ingredients. A coupette glass.


  • Muddle rosemary with gin. Add the rest. Shake with ice.
  • Fine strain into a chilled coupette.
  • Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprig.
