Gin & IT

A timeless classic. Perfect before or after dinner. Technically it is a Sweet Vermouth Martini, that should not been neglected.


The Herbalist Gin 40 ml
Martini Rosso 40 ml
Angostura Orange bitters 1/2 bar spoon


To make a Gin & IT Martini cocktail, you will need bar tools like a mixing glass, jigger, bar spoon and ice cubes for measuring, mixing, and serving the ingredients. A coupette glass. A citrus peeler or zester for garnish. A freezer or ice for glass chilling. A coupette or Martini glass.


  • Stir in a mixing glass. Serve in a chilled coupette or on the rocks over a large ice chunk. Garnish with orange or mandarin zest, or can also be served on the rocks, garnished with a nice slice of orange or mandarin.

This drink can also be prepared in a big bottle in advance, and stored in the fridge. Just multiply the recipe. So it is nice when you invite friends for dinner.
Simply remove the bottle from the fridge and just stir with ice a la minute, and serve with delicious dinner.
