This privacy policy provides the necessary information on how we esure the privacy of our costumers and of the users of our website www.theherbalist.bio.     We process data that is left behind by visitors when visiting our website such as name, e-mail, telephone number as well as analytical data that we receive through cookies and the Google Analytics pixel. Data of our customers will also be processed.

    KeyPharm NV collects personal information that is required to ensure an optimal website performance. This information may be used by KeyPharm NV for campaigns or reports of commercial nature. Analytical data obtained from the website are automatically anonymised and KeyPharm NV cannot use the same information to personally identify or contact you. We use this information to optimise our website if necessary. KeyPharm NV also collects information in log files.     At KeyPharm NV all data collected by our website will be recorded on the server of our host. They are not accessible from outside and they are protected by a firewall.

    Under the GDPR, KeyPharm NV is required to notify any problem that occurs with the protection of data of natural persons to all the concerned parties within 72 hours. Thereafter we will do everything we can to resolve these problems as quickly as possible and we also make adjustments to our security policy in order to prevent similar problems in the future. The GDPR does not cover business data. Since loss, damage, or theft of this data can adversely affect the working of KeyPharm NV, we shall also communicate this to our customers whenever relevant.

  7. Do we sell your data to third parties or do we forward your details to others?

    KeyPharm NV undertakes never to disclose your data to third parties without the explicit consent of the concerned party.

  8. Being the customer, how do you decide which personal data we may use and how?

    Customers of KeyPharm NV. in the capacity of their company, have no control over what we do with their business data. In case of commercial e-mails, the option of unsubscribing is always available. In case of questions, please contact our DPO (see 2.).

  9. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

    If you are a natural person, you will have the right at all times to request your personal data, to examine and edit the same, have the same transferred, or to delete them. For further information about this, please contact our DPO via telephone or e-mail (see 2.).

  10. How long do we preserve your personal data?

    Personal data of natural persons is preserved for a maximum of 5 years. We may continue to maintain customer data, since these are not covered under the GDPR. We may retain information in legal and historical documents as long as KeyPharm NV exists.

  11. What about our websites, cookies and mobile apps?

    KeyPharm NV uses ‘cookies’ (small pieces of information that are written to the hard disk of the user) in order to facilitate the use of the website and to receive anonymous analytical data. We ask you for information in specific cases e.g. in the contact form. Keypharm nv. has no mobile apps.
