The godfather of cocktail

After his catering training, Manuel opted for a life of adventure. At the age of 21, he began working on the famous passenger liner Queen Elisabeth II,

where he was taught the tips and tricks of the cocktailmaking trade.

After 12 years at sea, he started up his own cocktail bar and cocktail catering service (SIPS). He has been fascinated by liquid creations of all different kinds (with or without alcohol, distillates and bitters) for the past 27 years.

He calls his creations “gastronomy in a glass”. He also works for the cooking channel Njam and his customers include world-famous names such as Richard Branson, Paris Hilton, etc.
