"The Herbalist"

Gin & Tonic

  • 3 cl of The Herbalist gin
  • 1 cl of Limoncello
  • 1 cl of lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 8 mint leaves, 1 bio lemon
  • 15 cl Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water
  • Material: a long drinks glass,
    measuring cup,
    shaker and strainer


  • Put The Herbalist gin, Limoncello,
    en de munt samen met wat ijsblokken in de shaker,
    lemon juice and mint in the shaker, together with some ice cubes.
    Shake vigorously, strain and serve in a long drinks glass with some ice cubes
  • Finish with a nice strip of lemon peel
  • Top up with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water
