• Tonic: as you prefer;
• Mandarin orange peel or lime peel, or peeled sticks of rhubarb
• A long drinks glass or a large wine glass

Preparation

• A long drinks glass or a large wine glass
• Pour The Herbalist gin into the glass
• Slowly pour in the tonic along the side of the glass
• Finish with the fruit peel or the rhubarb

The amount of tonic depends on your personal preference. Depending on your taste, this can vary from five parts of tonic to one part of gin, right down to one part tonic and one part gin!
