“Herba-licious”

  • 3cl of The Herbalist gin
  • 2 cl of St Germain
  • 2 cl of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cl agave syrup
  • About 10 ice cubes
  • Some lemongrass
  • Material: a glass tumbler,
    measuring cup,
    Boston shaker and strainer

Preparation

  • Put all ingredients in a mixer glass filled with ice
  • Close the Boston shaker and shake vigorously (for about 10 seconds)
  • Strain the cocktail into the tumbler, filled with ice

“Vesper”

  • 3 cl of The Herbalist gin
  • 2 cl of vodka
  • 2 cl of Lillet blanc
  • A eucalyptus leaf
  • Material: a Delmonico glass,
    mixer glass,
    measuring cup,
    cocktail spoon and strainer

Preparation

  • Chill a Delmonico glass with crushed ice.
  • Fill the mixer glass with The Herbalist gin, vodka and Lillet Blanc
  • Add the ice cubes and stir for about ten seconds

Gin & Tonic 1

  • 4,5 cl of The Herbalist gin
  • Fentimans 19:05 Herbal Tonic
  • Ice cubes
  • Rhubarb

Gin & Tonic 2

  • 4,5 cl of The Herbalist gin
  • Fever-tree Tonic Water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon balm leaves
  • Material: a large wine glass (1)
    or a long drinks glass (2),
    measuring cup and a twisted cocktail spoonl
